Employee Work Performance in State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia: A Reflection

The quality of performance State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia is currently the spotlight because it considered unsatisfactory. One causes low this organization level organization's employees which also In study, factors that can affect SOEs are analyzed. These include leadership style, work discipline, motivation and environment. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to a number field validity reliability tests carried out on data. Hypothesis testing done using Multiple Linear Regression test. results study prove only achievement-oriented style boost employees; discipline environment do not have any impact improving their performance. This proves leader who provide read reward needs for very much needed SOEs. However, issues should get more attention. implication research must assess employee terms achievement set target without paying attention itself.
